Before leaving a page or switching accounts, copy any unsaved text you need. Keep the exact error message and work link for a support request.
I cannot sign in or verification is pending
Complete the sign-in provider’s email verification, then use a fresh sign-in. Check that you are using the account that owns the work. Never share a password or verification link with support.
My work did not save
Check the status message. “Not saved” is not a successful save. Keep your editor text and follow the error. If it says another tab changed the work, copy your unsaved text, reload the saved work, and compare before resubmitting.
The library did not refresh
If the message says the work was saved but the library is unavailable, the save and the list refresh had different outcomes. Use Reload saved work under Boundaries & details rather than creating a duplicate thread.
I cannot continue to the next step
Check whether the thread is paused or waiting for an answer. Choose Resume, or enter the answer and select Resolve question before continuing.
My starter file will not attach
Use one plain-text, Markdown, CSV, or JSON file under 10 KB. Remove binary content and make sure the file is not empty. For larger material, start with a short excerpt and add the rest in a later saved step.
The AI result is pending, unknown, or incomplete
Reload saved work to check the saved draft. Read any partial suggestion as incomplete. Do not repeatedly request another generation. Use Try draft again only when the interface offers it and the reason has been addressed.
My persona is missing or did not change
Use Reload personas. Check the selected scope and version, then choose Apply selection. Editing or restoring a persona does not automatically reapply it.
Context will not load
Check the account, work thread, and source-use status. A withdrawn or corrected source is unavailable for new context. If selected material is too large, clear or replace a selection with a smaller retained record; required context is not silently trimmed. Missing selections are allowed. In Preferences, use Reload choices and clear or replace an unavailable source, then save. If another tab or account changed, reload before saving. If preference history is full, report the message; history is not deleted automatically.
Chat still shows only evidence tools
Follow the connected-chat guide. Report missing context or persona tools, and whether reconnect showed a permission screen. A website login alone does not grant chat access.
What to include when reporting a problem
Describe the action, exact message, approximate time, and whether the work showed a saved confirmation. Share a work ID or link only with someone authorized to see it. Remove private text and credentials from screenshots.
