Review the five recorded steps
Compare the candidate with the original request and supporting material. Check unresolved facts, assumptions, and the evidence for claimed checks.
Get a review copy
At the review stage, select Get review copy. The workroom downloads a JSON file containing the review packet. It is structured data, not a PDF or a typeset manuscript.
Choose how to organize the thread
Select Mark this work complete when you want it in the Completed group. Use Return to review to move a completed thread back to review.
Review and continue older work
V2 completion requires checking the declaration-review box. Existing idea and book threads retain their original criteria. Select Start a v2 continuation to create a new thread with the exact original request and a digest-bound reference to the saved source version. The earlier outputs stay in the original thread; copy relevant material into the new declarations deliberately. Previous completion and historical approvals are not upgraded. Other work types do not have this continuation control.
What the copy is for
Keep it as a record of the source, candidate, history, and recorded checks at that point. Review its contents before sharing: it can contain private source material. No import or restore button for this JSON packet is provided in the current workroom.
Ready to review and Completed are workflow states. Neither accepts a claim, promotes canon, merges a change, nor publishes a site. Return to review also does not reopen the five earlier editing steps. In v2 work, Revise an earlier stage preserves the prior baseline and clears later active outputs for reworking. It requires a host-prepared baseline-correction command from the trusted domain service. An unchanged baseline cannot satisfy revision. Branching commands remain host-prepared and subject to the existing coordinator; there is no self-service fork form. If the result is unknown, reload and reconcile the same command before retrying.
Final note: “The agenda draft is ready. Meeting length was checked. The decision owner is still unconfirmed. Next action: ask the organizer to confirm the owner.”
