Review and recover

Find and resume saved work

Use the working library and understand its status groups.

  1. Open the right account

Sign in to Workroom using the account that saved the thread.

  2. Find the thread

Use Find a work thread to search the loaded library by title, work type, or status. Select the matching thread. A direct saved work link can also open it. An optional Starting work choice in Preferences is used when Workroom opens without an explicit task or work link; it does not replace a task you deliberately open.

  3. Check where you stopped

Read the current step, original idea, useful outcome, and saved history before continuing. If it is paused, choose Resume.

StatusMeaning
WorkingAn active thread with steps remaining.
Waiting for meA saved question needs an explicit answer.
Ready to reviewFive steps are recorded; assess the result.
CompletedYou marked the thread complete for organization.
PausedWork is put aside until resumed.

Protect text you have not saved

Switching threads or starting new work may warn that unsaved text will be left behind. Copy it before leaving if needed. After a save error, do not assume the editor contents reached the server.

Chat search and graph inventories are bounded; no search result is not proof that a record never existed. Keep exact record IDs or work links for important material.
