Write the missing question
In Your result, write the question you need answered. Select I need an answer. Wait for the save to complete.
Find it later
The thread appears under Waiting for me in your working library. The saved question remains visible when you open the work.
Record the answer
Enter the answer in the result editor and select Resolve question. The original question and answer remain in history. Resolving it does not complete the work step.
Continue the step
Write the result for the current step and select Keep & continue. A saved unresolved question must be resolved before advancement or replacement with another question.
Pause is different
Pause puts active work aside without creating a question. Select Resume to continue. Keep a copy of any unsaved editor text first; pausing a thread does not save that text as a step result.
Question: “Who is the audience for this draft?”
Answer: “New colleagues who have not used the process before.”
