| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Build a Spark prompt | Creates a template locally in the browser. It does not save a Soval record or call an AI. |
| Attach a starter file | Reads one supported text file locally for the new-work preview. It is retained only as part of the protected starting source after Start working succeeds; attaching alone does not call an AI. |
| Start work or keep a step | Retains that material under the verified account owner. |
| Capture text through Soval chat | Retains exact supplied text as private, Restricted, staged evidence. |
| Read context | Reads account selections, saved work when requested, and explicitly selected records without generating a draft. |
| Request a draft or sample preview | Sends the requested material to the configured AI provider and retains the result or attempt state. |
| Get a review copy | Downloads a packet that can contain private source material. |
Account separation
Other accounts cannot open your work through the owner-scoped context tools. The Soval administrator can read saved work for support and governed export. Raw profile and governance records attached to a draft are excluded from administrator draft receipts. AI output can reflect that context and remains saved work covered by the support exception. Personal context is stored per account, independently of reusable skills and shared persona definitions; this is not exclusive custody from administrators.
Use care when sharing
Inspect a review copy before sharing it. Do not paste passwords, sign-in links, or access tokens into source material or support messages. Stopping use as context preserves the original record; it is not a deletion request.
Restricted describes how a record is handled. It does not make its claims verified or accepted.
